前台（可能是酒店承包者）誠信服務意識有待提高，為了讓顧客從前台直接線下訂房，用威脅口吻説若從網上下單（攜程下單價格比酒店前台略便宜一點），酒店可以拒單，實際通過攜程下單後對方也無可奈何，但過程給顧客入住體驗感很差！位置很好的酒店，早些時候也是當地一家品牌知名度很高的酒店，這些年設施老化，關鍵經營者服務意識淡泊，可惜了這家老牌酒店！
