We gingen er voor een drankje en een hapje op het “verwarmd” terras. Vandaag 23/4. Met 9 graden buiten… men weigerde om de terrasverwarming aan te zetten en dekentjes hadden ze ook niet (in de wasserij werd ons verteld). We waren met 5 personen, elk 2 drankjes en 1x nachos en 1x gemengde hapjes… €113 kwijt. Personeel ook niet bepaald vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Dit was eens en nooit meer.

Lekkere lunch en Diner. Fijn terras om te zitten . Met betaalbare prijzen. Dicht bij het centrum van het stadje waar je leuk kan rondwandelen. En je ook de basiliek kan bezichtigen. Op het plein op de Grote Markt is een Italiaans ijswinkel waar je heerlijk ijs kan eten

Nice stay for the Sunday market. And right next to the parking house. Remember to park on the -2 floor, as the first floor is used for the market on Sundays.
Tongeren is such a pretty city. Old beautiful buildings and a nice atmosphere.

We didn't stay here, just popped in for a quick lunch on our way back to the station, I only wanted a small snack, but my husband had the lasagne and said it was delicious. We sat outside, but I walked through to use the loo, and it looked lovely inside too, warm and cosy. We saw on the table that we could order by phone, and were half way through doing so, when the waiter arrived to take our order, which really is much nicer than doing it by phone, real contact makes such a difference.

Hotel was op zich niets mis mee, hetnintbijt was ook prima maar ‘s avonds op het terras was het eten echt vreselijk slecht en duur.

This is a very good value. Friendly staff. Great location with many dinning options close by. Rooms are decent sized. Only negative is the room for the toilet is very, very small. Otherwise very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Colazione con ampia scelta sia per quanto riguarda la parte salata che dolce e di ottima qualità, la migliore colazione di tutto il nostro viaggio. Anche la brasserie è ottima sia per la merenda che per la cena, anche se la scelta di piatti locali è un po’ limitata. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da una signora che parlava un buon italiano. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole con due letti veramente separati.

Via Social Deal een ontbijtdeal gekocht. Leuke deal. Ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Alles wat je zou verwachten van een ontbijt was er. Broodjes, pannenkoekjes, bacon, ei, croissantjes, chocobroodjes en ook wat luxere producten zoals zalm en macarons. Lekkere verse jus d’orange en koffie.
