真是服了，421塊錢定的大床房，屋裡全是頭髮和毛髮，打開一次性拖鞋上面是**，回收別人洗澡剩下的是嗎，床單和被罩基本應該幾個月沒換過，一掀開枕頭上和床單上全是頭髮，蓋的被子上面全是污漬，口紅，鞋印，噁心死了，衞生就是根本不收拾是嗎，生意不好也不能這麼節約成本吧，衞生連快捷酒店都趕不上，真是這次旅行最糟心的地方了，花錢遭罪，這麼一個酒店，把最基本的衞生搞搞吧，服務員不少，大廳打掃衞生的不少，幾個月不換一次床單被罩，屋裡這個衞生水平説不過去吧，真是噁心至極，照片我就不發了，看不下去

1. 酒店前台實在不夠四星級標準，正常營業時間前台女生趴在男生身上一起看手機。 我們下半夜1點 要買方便麪，前台極其惡劣的態度問我們知不知道1點了。最後我們問她你知道不知道四星酒店的服務是你要給我們送到房間的？
2 房間地毯高低不平，晚上起來會摔倒。房間電話連打前台都不能用 。 3 房間打掃不夠乾淨，洗浴室的水會留到外面。 4. 早餐價格貴、又沒有什麼地方特色，用餐是時間30分鐘沒見到一個服務員。 沙拉菜是爛的 其它菜是烤乾了的。
總體服務態度極差！ 可能自已感覺是在四星酒店工作很牛吧，忘記了來這裏入住的客人都是見過什麼是四星級酒店服務的。有圖有真相！不推薦！ 最後建議如果要入住這家酒店，千萬別在攜程上預訂，攜程訂單她們會給你最差的房型。
