房間均是新裝修的，現是試業期，房間設施基本配套，乾淨衞生，服務態度好，無早餐，早中晚餐需走過兩條街道才有，有些不太方便，酒店距中心廣場和東北亞廣場很近。距三江口風景區約7公里，距濕地公園5公里。

這次黑龍江大環線最差的酒店，1新開業酒店，都不具備開業條件，.毛巾沒地方涼。2，熱水器2個房間用一個，前台也不告知，結果洗涼水澡。3，空調也是壞的。4，電吹風也沒有。5，退房時還等查房後才退按金，還操作失誤，總之，太失望啦。

從深圳10月2日出門，這間酒店是最差的！廁所門關不上，早上不到五點就不供暖氣，更可氣的是放在房間的兩瓶礦泉水還收了6元錢。
