在通江本地算是比較高檔的酒店了，住起來還算可以，但是行政房床頭貼的囍字都還沒扔，洗手盆有點臭，而且是開放式的

1、設施：一般，在通江排名第二的酒店，有點落伍的感覺，還在收取按金，你是酒店不是賓館，提供的水還收費，正常等會提供免費礦泉水，如收費請明碼標價。
2、服務：不熱情，從停車開始，沒有引導，客人自己找，前台進門沒有表情及招呼聲，開了一個房間，還有人在裏面住，幸虧我沒有開門，這種低級錯誤還會發生，預訂系統你們是看不到有人入住嗎？前台服務員輕描淡寫的講，你下來我給你換一間，服務人員意識不到嚴重性，管理問題，不想計較。
3、入住體驗感：
總有一般，管理很差，如果還需住一次，絕對不會選擇這裏，華住會同樣的價格，銀耳太沒有性價比了，希望這條差評可以讓門店管理有所改變吧！
4、從入住開始，就能感覺管理水平一般，沒有在專業酒店培訓過，
