Light and wind ROOF Tangquan House (OMG Heartbeat Park Store)

I like it very much. The children had a lot of fun playing. We are two mothers with two children. We live in a duplex room. I really recommend it! Everyone can rest assured that there is no problem with hygiene.

If you want to go rafting, book this place. Most of the other rafting options are within a 30-minute drive of this place. The quality is impeccable, and this is the only one nearby that stands out. The public area is spacious enough for children to run around, and there's a free paddling pool and billiards room! There's also a restaurant, haha. After our afternoon rafting trip, the kids still hadn't had enough, so they played in the pool. It wasn't too deep, but it was safe and comfortable for kids. It's a treasured B&B! One stay wasn't enough, so I'll stay another night.

Staying in a B&B like this at this price is a steal! I had low expectations, but was completely pleasantly surprised! The room was even more spacious and brighter than the pictures showed, impeccably clean, and odor-free. Basic amenities (air conditioning, hot water, WiFi) all worked perfectly, and the housekeeper was incredibly quick to respond to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. The location is right at the entrance to the scenic area. While not in the city center, transportation is convenient, taxis to attractions are affordable and easy, and the surrounding area is filled with vibrant local life. For travelers seeking clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations, this is a fantastic choice! Excellent value, highly recommended!

As a business owner myself, I know how much negative reviews can impact a business, but this stay truly left me devastated, maddened, and furious. I'll try my best to refrain from cursing as I finish this story. 1. There's absolutely no light blocking. It's not bad at all, it's completely nonexistent. The next day, I booked this B&B for a trip to OMG. I went to bed at 3 AM and was woken by the bright light at 7 AM, unable to fall back asleep. It ruined my entire day. (Pictured: The photo was taken at 7 AM.) 2. The hotel's air conditioner blows directly at people and can't be adjusted. I wonder if this type of air conditioner was carefully considered before designing it. Seeing other negative reviews mentioning this issue, it seems it's not unique to this room type. It's fine for an adult, but I can't imagine what a child would experience with it blowing directly at them all night. High heat, low cold. It was a terrible sleep. 3. Terrible service. I mentioned the light blocking issue, and the response was, "No, this room type is just that." What type is it? No light blocking? Do you sleep without curtains at home? The light blocking is so incredible it makes me wonder if there's a hidden switch. The eye mask they provided was probably one of those penny-sized ones—hardly an eye mask, useless. 4️⃣ The soft furnishings are uncomfortable. The pillows and cushions aren't ergonomic. I can't say much more. Anyway, I hope everyone who sees this will avoid it.

The room was very nice, the store manager was very welcoming, and the dog had a lot of fun playing in the yard. The hotel is in a good location and is close to nearby attractions. I will stay here again next time I come to Tonglu.

The environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and the restaurant's dishes are delicious and fresh. I recommend the mixed fish hotpot and Tujia hotpot. You can relax here. There's a swimming pool and hot tub. The rooftop view is great. The scenic area is beautiful, and the locals are very welcoming. I encountered any problems during my visit and they were very helpful. I'll definitely be back next time!

When I checked in, the front desk lady saw that I was traveling with children and upgraded the room type for free. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, the housekeeper provided attentive service, and I had a very comfortable stay. The B&B is right at the entrance of the scenic area. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The location is 100 meters away from Yaolin Wonderland Scenic Area and very close to OMG. The B&B has a beautiful environment and complete facilities. The group of people had meals at the B&B. The local food tasted very good. The private rooms were also OK. The boss can also connect with the nearby ones. Equestrian center, visit and interact, highly recommended for parent-child tours!
