Hangzhou Tonglu Fuchunjiang Huazhu Banlan Hotel

The Fuchun River Hozzen Hotel in Tonglu isn't a super high-end hotel, but their decor is really well done. It has a chic, refreshing style that's perfect for younger people. Their service is also very thoughtful; they even went out of their way to give us extra disposable slippers for showering when they realized we'd forgotten ours. That was incredibly considerate. The staff were always responsive to our requests, making us feel completely at home.

The hotel was great, with complete facilities and excellent front desk service. The staff spoke softly, making for a very pleasant trip. Parking was convenient, and there were many dining options nearby, making it easy to get around.

The room was absolutely fantastic, and the environment was great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us an ID card holder as a gift. Upon check-out, they also gave us a souvenir! Breakfast was good too, and parking was convenient. The hotel is right next to Fuchun River. We checked in late at night, so we didn't get a chance to stroll along the riverside.

The hotel is tucked away in a lively area, offering a peaceful retreat, and the parking lot is a decent size. The lobby is very elegant and smells wonderful. The rooms are smart-tech focused, spacious, clean, and tidy, making for a comfortable stay with great value for money. The breakfast is quite good; although the variety isn't huge, the items are exquisite. Noodles and rice noodles are freshly made, and they even offer Guotuan, a specialty snack from Tongxiang.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were proactive and welcoming. There are parking lots both in the front and back of the hotel, and dining options nearby are convenient. It's also very close to all the main attractions, making it a hotel with excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The facilities are complete, and the room is clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Excellent! The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was so enthusiastic and provided great service. I'll definitely come back again. The lady even gave us popcorn to eat, and the coffee was delicious. I really liked the Marshall speaker in the lobby, and the New Year's atmosphere was very strong.

Returning to Shanghai on the sixth day of Chinese New Year, the highway was too congested, so we stopped in Tonglu. I found this hotel on Trip.com and it looked good, and it turned out to be a great choice! Both the decor and the service were excellent. Plus, there's delicious Yuji mung bean cake and Laomao Restaurant nearby!

Extremely satisfied!!! First off, parking was very convenient, and the lobby had automatic doors. The front desk offered free popcorn and a coffee machine. It's also road bike-friendly. The breakfast included a very light noodle soup (mien ge da) with delicious toppings!!! The room was spacious, the pillows were super comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful – my clothes dried overnight. There's a fridge, which is a big plus. Plenty of food options nearby!!! It's also very close to Fuchun River. Excellent location. And the hotel's gym isn't just for show!!! It has a full range of dumbbells and a power rack, very professional. The only downsides I'd mention are that the market downstairs can be a bit noisy in the morning, and voices in the hallway are quite noticeable (you can report this to the front desk).
