Tongren Grand Hotel (Tongren High-speed Railway Station Ancient City Pedestrian Street Branch)

My room yesterday was pretty good; it was spotlessly clean, and the service attitude was excellent. The young lady at the front desk even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was quite nice, and I really liked it here. The local customs and culture also seemed pleasant, and the night view of the ancient town right across the street was beautiful. The facilities were very comprehensive, and the hygiene was exceptional. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider staying here again next time. Downstairs, there's a snack shop, a convenience store, and a pharmacy, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a bus station nearby with direct routes to Fanjing Mountain and the Grand Canyon, making transportation incredibly easy.

Today, the room was quite good. It's super convenient to walk across from the ancient city, just a few minutes away. The hotel also has free parking for 48 hours, which is incredibly convenient for us self-driving tourists. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience felt very comfortable, and it offers great value for money – not expensive at all. Getting a room like this is incredibly cost-effective! There's a convenience store and supermarket downstairs, which couldn't be more handy. It's also quite close to both the ancient city and the high-speed train station. The high-speed train station is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel, and there's a bus station right next to it where you can get direct buses to Fanjingshan and Jiangkou Yunshe. Overall, the experience at this hotel was very good. I really like it here and will consider staying again next time.

The receptionist on the morning of September 1st acted as if I owed her money when I simply asked a question. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. The lobby was also very dirty; someone even spat on the floor and wiped snot on the sofa. The front desk was so rude, I wouldn't dare go back again for fear of being kicked out.
