Service staff were excellent, I am so delighted with their service that I feel I must write a 5-star review here just for them. They went out of their way to help us with our need. I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and colleagues just due to these wonderful service staff alone.
The view of the mansion is phenomenal as well. Too bad I only got to see it on the very last morning due to fog.
The detail of hotel hardware does have some room for improvement though. For example, there seemed to be a broken light in our mansion. Also it's advisable to get a backup diesel generator in case of power outage to keep the mansion warm (a power outage occurred during our stay). Lastly, some additional decor would help the appearance of the lobby staircase. Other than that, it's a wonderful accommodation and I do look forward to visit it again for my next China trip.

The hotel's design concept is excellent, giving guests a sense of escaping worldly worries and returning to nature. Photos taken in the lobby and rooms are very photogenic. However, the rooms are mostly old and worn.

The scenery was great, and I was very satisfied with the room. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes. The room was clean and spacious, with no unpleasant odors. The location was easy to find, and there was free Wi-Fi. For the price, it was a great deal! A pleasant stay.
