第一天入住洗澡就漏水漏到房間裏去了，前台叫了修理工給我們換了房，全場沒有一個服務員幫我們拿行李，也沒人給我們説聲對不起！然後大廳和電梯出口都貼着禁止吸煙的標誌，但是大廳有人抽煙也沒人上去制止，每個電梯口都放有給吸煙的垃圾桶，就對着禁止吸煙的牌子！除了房間到處都充滿了二手煙的味道！真是不知道他們到底怎麼想的！你要麼就説清楚酒店是吸煙的，我們也好找別家住！這樣既立牌坊又做*子你們自己不覺得很矛盾嗎？

住店從沒受過這麼大委屈，我們國慶節6號凌晨到店，到酒店停車場滿了，被保安趕出來。打電話給前台，是一個女的接的衹説去附近找找吧，我們轉了一圈還是找不到停車位。第2次又打給了前台，是個男的接的，我們希望能幫忙想想辦法還是怎麼處理一下，畢竟訂了你們的酒店也説過會提供停車位。可是他居然説:我也沒辦法，解決不了，你們自己取消吧!!! 態度非常不耐煩!
我真的當場震驚，被氣的語無倫次。且不説過了凌晨平台還能不能取消，我就想問一句，這是什麼黑店嗎，做服務業的還能這麼做？我們是過去旅遊的，定了酒店我們還要被流落街頭？真的太不是個人了。不是欺負客人嘛，你是真有種啊，你是這個👍
我們還是在路邊停了下來，男的辦理入住巨慢，女的不做事，在哪裡數零錢，哥誒，我真的是焦急的要死，我們開了很久的車真的很累啊。第二天7點就被打電話喊挪車，挪了上來準備再睡一會，又被第二次喊挪車。真的是被折磨的要死。
早上傷心的離開了，這個城市不歡迎我們。
