The room was clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the location was great. I even received a little gift from the homestay when checking out. Really happy with my stay and would love to come back!

The hotel service was excellent; every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, was very friendly. The hotel room was also very clean, and I even saw a beautiful sunset from the balcony on the day I checked in. Breakfast was a buffet with both Chinese and Western options, suitable for everyone. The hotel is very close to Xizha Gate 2, while Gate 1 is a bit of a walk.

Ruta Hotel is ideally located in a bustling commercial district, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and commercial streets, offering seamless access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's also conveniently close to major tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, featuring incredibly soft bedding that ensures a super comfortable sleep. They are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including free, flawlessly working Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and fresh. **Exceptional Service**: The staff's warmth and enthusiasm were evident from arrival. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully detailed the hotel's facilities. Throughout our stay, any questions or requests were met with prompt responses and efficient solutions. **Diverse Dining**: Dining options were excellent. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety, including diverse Chinese and Western dishes, along with delicious Suzhou local specialties. We were thoroughly satisfied with the food. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel that I would definitely return to.

It's a very cozy yard. The owner made a very nice swimming pool with great care. It has a circulating water system so you can safely let your children play in it. You can bring your children here to soak in the water for a whole day during the summer vacation. You can make tea and chat in the pergola next to it. The owner and his wife are very nice. I will come again if I have the chance!

This time I came here for the drama festival. The hotel is right next to Dongzha. It’s very close. You can get there within 15 minutes on foot from Xizha or Beizha. It’s very convenient. The staff is very friendly and they even upgraded the room for free. The room is enough. It's spacious and clean. The bathroom area is divided into three parts. It's very convenient. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the aunt suddenly swiped her card in early in the morning and wanted to clean. I was shocked before I woke up 😂 The staff training needs to be strengthened. Everything else is good.

I had a great experience after staying here for a week. The service was warm and thoughtful. The recommended restaurants tasted great. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The B&B is right at the entrance of the Dongzha Scenic Area. It is very easy to find. You can listen to operas when you go out. There is a stage. I stayed here once a few years ago. It is a famous B&B with a very high cost performance nearby. The key is that the owner of the B&B is very nice. I left my phone at the B&B and kept it for me to pick up when I came back! He is so nice! I recommend everyone to stay here!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Dongzha. If you'd rather not walk to Xizha, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the scenic area, which was a really thoughtful touch. Our room was quite clean and tidy, and the bathroom cleanliness was also commendable. Room service was readily available and convenient. A major plus for drivers is the free parking right in the hotel's courtyard. For dining, Guming (a bubble tea shop) is just a few steps away, and directly opposite the hotel, there's a highly-rated Zhejiang cuisine restaurant. It's quite spacious, and the food is delicious – anyone familiar with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai flavors will definitely appreciate it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!

Arrive in Wuzhen at noon, tour Xizha in the afternoon and evening, stay at the owner's house in Dongzha at night, and tour Dongzha the next morning and morning. The owner is very nice and picks up the luggage. We pick him up from Xizha in the evening and waive the entrance fee to Dongzha. The B&B is in front of Dongzha. It has a good location in the scenic area. The balcony room we booked has a beautiful view of the river. The authentic Dongzha restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, and unexpectedly checked in at the former residence of Contradiction. It is better to stay in the scenic spot, where you can rest more and visit more times. The experience will be better and I look forward to coming again.

The hotel is just a few hundred meters from Scenic Area No. 1, which is super convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was fantastic! It was quiet at night, making for a great sleep. The owner's service was exceptional – very warm and helpful, patiently explaining directions and making things easy, even assisting with luggage. Truly excellent service! Plus, waking up to the morning sun felt incredibly refreshing; it put me in a wonderful mood.
