NNicole Pang :)I honestly could not be more satisfied with this hotel! When I first booked, I noticed it looked like a newly opened property, and from the reviews it seemed the owners were running it with great care. The rooms looked stylish yet affordable, so I immediately reserved two nights without hesitation, and it turned out exactly as I had hoped!
Although the hostess doesn’t speak much English, she was extremely warm and welcoming, and even kindly allowed us to check in early. The room was a bit small, but very well designed and beautifully decorated. What I loved most was the window view—it was so calming and made the whole environment feel wonderfully comfortable.
On our second night, we met a man who also didn’t speak much English. At first I thought he walked away because we couldn’t speak Korean, but it turned out he had gone to use his translation app to communicate with us. He was equally hospitable. I suspect he was the owner, since the hostess mentioned that her husband designed this hotel.
If you’re visiting Tongyeong, staying at this hotel is definitely the right choice. I strongly recommend booking a sea-view room. Tongyeong itself is a lovely small city, much more relaxing than Busan. I also visited Geoje Island, and honestly, the two days in Tongyeong and Geoje were the highlight of my entire trip. Busan was fun too, but it didn’t quite compare. I look forward to exploring more small cities in Korea in the future!

GGuest UserSunny was there to greet us when we arrived. She could speak and understand English which was a big help to us. You will need your own transportation. The bus and taxi service is very limited. The rooms was very comfortable and has everything for an extended stay. Magnificent view of several local islands and plenty of jetties for fishing.

I thought it was a little far to walk around, but I think all other hotels will be this far.
Dongpirang, Market, Gangguan, Samdosu County Tongjeyeong are all within walking distance
Surfirang is also within walking distance.
Good parking and clean rooms.
Breakfast is coffee, two salads, bread, morning bread, boiled eggs, five side dishes, soup.
At first, I didn't want to eat anything, but I ate it very well because it was only good food. The maeseng oyster soup was also delicious.
The bed was moderately fluffy and I slept honey. The bedding was clean and there was no dust on the quilt.
However, be careful not to fall because the table is not stable. Usually there is no desk and shelf under the TV, but overall I am satisfied.
I made a lot of reservations and I am satisfied.
I would recommend it even more if it is a family trip.

KKsyukiyoI planned to stay here for one night but stayed for 2. I loved the place and the owner is such a kind and interesting person. They have very beautiful cafe which feels like a botanical garden. Well, it might not be the warmest place in winter but as anywhere else in Korea. In general, I enjoyed the place it is clean and beautiful.

EEunhye PThe room is so neat and tidy. I love the cleanliness of the bath and the room is perfect for us. The price is so reasonable plus the free simple breakfast is a point. My only negative comment is the door of our front car was opened😔. When they moved our car the owner might not pushed the door hard leaving it a little open. Luckily it didn't run out of battery. Overall the stay was amazing.

GGuest UserThe service was very good, and they upgraded to a more spacious room. The room was clean and provided water and coffee. It is close to the ferry line and to the Hallyeohaesang National Park. Highly recommended for a weekend stay and to explore the archipelago.

GGuest UserIt was incredibly clean and nice for the price.
It’s surprising to find accommodation like this at this price. Also, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so it’s great for grabbing a meal.
I’m not sure if I just didn't know how to use it, but aside from the floor heating not having a fan heater function (only the electric blanket), it was a bit cold.
I will definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserRoom is a little small. Breakfast is complimentary, you do not need to pay more on Trip.com. We didn’t know breakfast is complimentary and had paid for a room package with breakfast. Location is excellent, can walk to the port area and Tongyeong Junggang Market.
Towels provided are small, the hotel does not have the normal big shower towels.
Cleanliness could have been better as we unfortunately encountered a big bug in our room 😖

TTheJinzaLifeLocation is a little remote but the views are incredible. The hot tub in the unit was amazing and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would only suggest that the living space would’ve been more comfortable if there was seating available other than the dining table. Overall a relaxing stay.
