Pam Beach

I was traveling to Jeonju, Yeosu, and Tongyeong with my sister-in-law and her husband who were traveling from the US, and I chose a family room in Tongyeong. It was a holiday season, so it was hard to find a room, and although the price was a bit expensive, I only stayed for one day. The ocean view was nice, but the room facilities and bedding were a bit uncomfortable. It was still okay~

The oceanfront resort offers a great view, and nearby attractions like the luge are close by. The generous checkout time also allows for a leisurely morning for families with children. However, despite the ample parking available due to the surrounding resorts, late check-ins can be challenging. Breakfast is not provided, so if you're bringing parents who need breakfast, you'll need to check out nearby restaurants.

The ocean view is nice, the price is good, and it's warm and good.

It was newly remodeled and clean. The facilities, including the bathroom, were clean and the ocean view was great for the price.

I mistook it for a resort. It's a resort hotel with a clear need for a name. Not recommended except for a convenience store. Poor quality for the price.

All the staff at Palm Beach were so friendly that I want to go back again.

I was satisfied with the hotel's location and facilities. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the manager's attitude. I had a hard time getting a refund for a same-day purchase at E-Mart 24 Hours because I couldn't check the POS machine myself. I couldn't even find the reservation name, so I ended up contacting customer service. I couldn't even find the reservation number, and when they gave me a long number, they just kept yelling at me that they'd never made a reservation like this before. My overall satisfaction with the service was so low that I don't think I'll be returning!

I checked in at the Tongyeong Bay Hotel. The parking lot is spacious. The first floor is decorated for great photos. The rooms are spacious and have a great view. It's old, but it seems well-maintained. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is also available on the first floor of the Tongyeong Bay Hotel.

It was good value for money. Don't expect too much.
