The property was new and everything was very clean. Farid at the front desk was very welcoming and made us laugh. It was a very convenient location near stores and food. Quiet room and comfortable beds.

Easy check in. Room was smaller than expected but fine. Comfy beds. Challenging and unintuitive TV operation, even for a hotel. All in all, good and clean and forgettable, just how I like ‘em.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable beds. However, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Our breakfast was included as part of our booking. They typically charge $18 per person for the breakfast buffet. It's no better, and in this case worse, than the free breakfast at the Hampton Inn, another Hilton linked hotel. The hot food was very salty. Do yourself a favor, grab a breakfast sandwich at McDonalds. Apart from the bad breakfast, our stay was very pleasant.

My daughter was to stay at this hotel for one night only to take the Kansas Bar Exam. Unfortunately that night my daughter, who is in a high risk pregnancy, started experiencing complications and was forced to stay in the hospital for a few days. I immediately called the hotel that very night and was told I would have to talk to the general manager- Farid Ellis. I spent the next 3 weeks getting the run around and told he was never in when I called. I emailed several times and finally got ahold of the corporate office. After filing a case the general manager reached out to corporate to state his decision was to still charge us for that night even with the series of events. I am a business owner and we of course have rules we follow but we always are human beings first, and Mr. Farid Ellis had no compassion for my pregnant daughter and her complications plus the stress of having to miss the bar exam. I will never nor will any of my family stay in a Hilton property because of this. Horrible customer service.
