The pool and hot tub were closed. The fan would not stay on continuously in the room, so I had to set the thermostat to 62 to get it to run as often as I could. Otherwise, it was very nice. Of course the bed was hard, and the pillows were thin, but that seems to be the norm everywhere. I only stayed 1 night, and I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, there were waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, and more. I would stay again if I need to be in that area. The clerk, Retta, was very helpful, and nice to talk to. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of room. A small refrigerator, and coffee with a small coffeemaker were in the room as well.

If you are looking for first-class customer service, this is the place! We were super disappointed that the hot tub was closed. It was the only reason we chose this hotel over a competing hotel. HOWEVER, I spoke to the management and they went above and beyond to make it up to us. Thank you!

We were disappointed by the lack of drinkable water. This issue should have been conveyed other than by an obscure sign. I hope no guests get ill from unknowingly drinking the water that they should not be drinking. Hampton should have provided bottled water to their thirsty guests.

Property and rooms were nice. Swimming pool area could have been better but wasn't horrible.

Coming home from AZ. Stayed here on the way down to AZ easy on off. No complaints. Road noise may bother some but we always have our white noise box cranked up 😂. Friendly guy at the front desk. We always stay on top floor for less people noise. Will be back next year.
