People were very friendly, for the most part it was clean. Ceiling in bathroom was a little concerning it needs desperately repair work done. Air conditioner was very dirty. Didn’t look like anybody had ever cleaned.
Did not see kitchen staff. I also was not able to find Cresm cheese for bagels,

Have stayed her several times because pets are not allowed, except service pets, and the nearby shopping and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, staff pleasant, breakfast offers good variety. However, wonder why housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times (starting at 9:45) before checkout time which was at 11:00, even with "do not disturb" sign hanging on door.

Hotel was ok. One luggage roller rack for entire hotel. Breakfast nothing special. Went to put gravy on my biscuits but couldn’t find any. I asked the lady where the gravy was, and she said the can opener broke on Sunday, so we haven’t had any gravy since. So why would you put biscuits out, if there’s no gravy? This was on Tuesday morning. There was a Walmart super close, you’d think the manager would go get one. I started to use the blow dryer in the room but it made a LOUD crack noise & started smoking really bad. I unplugged it and gave it to the front desk and told Nisha to throw it away because it doesn’t work, and told her you can smell it because it smells like it’s still burning. On the plus side, the bed/pillows were fantastic!
