This place is terrible, I had reserved a room with 2 beds, when we got there and they gave us the room key, we went upstairs and open the door to the room, it has people sleeping in, they said some bad word, we got scared and closed the door, when to the main lobby and told him, the employee, didn't what to do, he said to wait and see if he can find another room, he literally when around to see if he can find and room for us // this was almost 1am// finally , he said he found a room but when we went inside, it was only one bed, at this time we were tired and ready to rest, so i went downstairs for some blankets and towel because they don't put them in the room, at this point my daughter has to sleep in the floor, but when i went downstairs the guy employee told me he had find another room, and i waited 15 minutes to get the key, so i went to the upstairs to tell my daughter and my sister that we have a room, we grab everything and went to the next level to the room, when we opened the door the room it was the clean the bed was not made and it was dirty plates everywhere, so we went downstairs and told the guy and he said he did not what to do because in the system it said that it was espy so I told him that we will go back to the room with just one bed. The next morning, we was expecting to be able to talk to a manager and told him what just happened... but he did not want to talk to us, first the lady front desk now cuz the guy have left told us that he was upstairs , but when she call him he just said to take a note, she could not print a receipt and they was over charging us , she said that it will show and the bank statement the refund, and days went by and many emails many call and finally they took it off, but my surprise after almost 2 months later they put the charge back to my account and thy place 2 payment, I call the general manager finally he decide to answer my voicemail but he was so rood and he didnt want to hear me or send me to right direction to whom can help me solve this issue, he was rude about it and he hand up the phone on me, he is not even close to customer service!! I will never stay at this company or any hotels From IHG.
