The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The cigarette smell was so bad, we had to wash our pajamas right away. The key card reader was broken, the front desk had to unlock the door. Breakfast was advertised on the website, but not available. We weren't aware of that until signs were put up in the morning. We were told there were no more rooms available and NO refunds. The bathroom was not clean.

The property is very damaged and old. The cleanliness is VERY Poor, the TV remote of our room didn't work and they didnt have another one to use. There was no breakfast at all, even that it is included the only thing available was bread to toast. Not recommendable at all!

The room reminded me of a crack house. Lights were out and it was dark. Bathroom sink was moldy and had burns around the countertop. Shower curtain rod was broken. Smoke detector had a plastic bag taped over it. Hole on bed comforter. Cracks on wall and ceiling.
We left and didn't stay.

Room was average
Tv did not work and I told the front desk he was supposed to come look at it but never did. While waiting another person in the hotel got into my room with their key. So that’s kinda scary.

no coffee pot, broken remote so no tv, broken hair dryer, broken sink, mildew on shower curtain, overall feels uncared for. needs updating. staff is helpful but the recent ownership change may be the issue
