The rooms are neat and the beds are good but there is nothing else available. Ac doesn’t work, lights don’t function. There’s no one at the reception to help. In short, there’s no service.

Stay was good. Nearby good hotels are also there and very near to jindal and very near to railway station and busstation. As i had booked through make my trip. . 1600 worth room wad given-to me for 2500 so that is really bad part of it

Hotel not properly managed. No room services available like food. Even though we booked for an ac room, every-time we need call the receptionist to turn on the ac as they kept a control switch over there. Hotel doesn't any food restaurant and also no nearby good restaurants. Far from the city and won't get proper travel arrangements. Won't recommend this hotel for anyone and also won't stay in future.

We didn't get any stays in the which i booked, because hotel management is not allowed to stay, but in make my trip app clearly mentioned as unmarried couples allowed, but still they didn't allowed for us, even i have reached to make my trip customer care, they said that please wait, i was waiting there till morethan an hour, so that i need cash from your end, please make that as soon as possible.
