Rooms were not clean enough and TV remote was not working. No proper WiFi Manager communication is not good with customer Manager was very rash towards guests. If anything goes wrong not adjustable. Except food nothing is good. If couples also not allowing above 18 years age also. For the people going to JSW steel or cement there is no shoe cleaning material and no ear cleaner, no hairdryer , Since most of the people are going to site not suggestible hotel for long stay. All the receptionist and other guys are good except manager.

Find out hote . Lobby & reception, bar & restaurant not air conditioned. Room air conditioned not effective. No swimming pool. Finally ambience in first look not up to mark. Need to improve a lot. Not able to suggest foreiners

Property was located on main road and reachable, but staff and service were terrible. The roomes were not clean, doors were broken, toilet flush wasn’t working. The food facility was also bad with limited food options and ended up having food poisoning. I had to change my hotel after stay because of its poor condition

Had travel-led with a friend. We had taken two rooms, one for each of us. The location is very good. The hotel has all the basic amenities that one would look for. No fancy things like swimming pool, etc. Well maintained rooms. A very good bar and restaurant with three separate sections - a family restaurant, a bar and an open to air section available. The menu was quite exhaustive and the food was really good. The service overall was really good.

Service is bad. Staff is very unprofessional. Even requested on make my trip for early check in they have taken extra charges. Asked for water they have given water after 2hrs
