Excellent stay and very good service. Free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, enough to fully enjoy your stay in this place.

I had a very pleasant 4-day stay at this hotel arriving Sept 5th and departing the 9th. Each hotel staff member that I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff (interacted with 3 different individuals and they were helpful), cleaning staff, maintenance staff and the staff in cafe were all helpul and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and it was nice to have a kitchen area. My husband was having a surgery and the clinic was just a short 5-minute walk so that was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety and again, all the staff were exceptional. Although I didn't use the pool, anytime I walked by it to use the outside patio area, the pool was empty so not a busy pool area which would be great for someone who wanted to swim laps. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel. I was surprised it had microwave and mini fridge. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. At night, Scott was very helpful and all the staff were kind. If I have to layover in Toronto again I'd definitely stay here. I also took the free shuttle bus which was on time and had friendly drivers.

Check in and check out were fast and easy and the staff were very pleasant. I found the lobby pretty quirky, but there was a lot of seating available. There is also an in-hotel restaurant with really good food and an excellent breakfast buffet. You can also pick up coffee, simple sandwiches and pastries in a Starbucks location just off the lobby. I had a single room that faced downtown Toronto, so the view was quite something, especially at night. The room was clean and the bed was nice and firm. I don't recall hearing much in the way of overflights, but I did see a number of jets taking off (I may also have been too tired to notice). There is no bathtub, but the shower enclosure was fine and the water heated quickly. There isn't much around the hotel, but there are frequent shuttles to Pearson, where you can catch the UP Express to downtown Toronto. That was very useful. All in all, I would certainly consider staying here again.

As a Lifetime Titanium BonVoy member, I've stayed at this property quite often. Excellent business travel hotel. Close to the airport. This time my stay was plagued with issues starting right from check-in. I'm a pretty easy going guest, but I always appreciate a room upgrade when they are available. If it's not available I understand, but when the hotel ”chooses” not to upgrade you even though a suite is available, that speaks volumes to me. I was then told the hotel was busy and nothing was available. So I went on my BonVoy ap and found several upgraded rooms all available. If they wanted to ...they ”could have”, but they ”chose” not to. Therefore, I would recommend to others to ”choose” to stay elsewhere with this kind of status recognition. The rest of the issues were all fairly minor but just added up to an unpleasant stay. Keys were not coded to exit parking, I used a food delivery service and they would not allow them to bring it up to the room. Note to Management: We understand the need for safety, but when I guest orders delivery (or room service for that matter) it's about convenience. How is it a security risk to have a food delivery service such as Skip or Uber eats deliver to the room, when they entire transaction is available to follow online? Instead of making your guests come down (which defeats the whole idea of ordering in) why not allow the delivery service up? (It's not like the elevators need a security key). Or better yet, if it's really about security, ”escort” them up! ...or have your staff deliver it. Opted not to have my room serviced during my stay with a DND sign a well. Yet, 2 mornings in a row, I had housekeeping tapping on my door. When I returned later, the room had been cleaned. Finally could not exit parking again due to the exit begin blocked by delivery trucks. This is fairly common at this property and not usually an issue, as they will open the entrance gate to allow you to exit. This time, I had to go into the hotel 3x to ask them open the gate to allow myself and others to leave. Details mean everything. Just not here.

The staff are lovely at the hotel and extremely helpful. The room was clean and basic. It is right on a flight path, but the noise is not noticeable at night. Parking is covered so problematic if you drive a larger vehicle such as a pick-up truck. No other options nearby to park. The restaurant is good and their staff helpful but has limited choices. This makes it difficult for those who have food restrictions. The Internet is slow, and TV is a little baffling regarding figuring out channels but that could be me not figuring it out properly. It is a pleasant hotel with courteous staff. Very responsive to communications as well.

In the hotel near the airport, the price is favorable, and the breakfast bag is the same every day. There are fast food restaurants and Indian restaurants nearby. Parking is free. Friendly to wheelchair guests. Have a chance to come again!

Because my friend ’s house ca n’t live, I temporarily choose a hotel near the airport. The location is a bit biased, but it is suitable for friends traveling by car. There are no businesses around, but there are many supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes of driving. A good staying experience

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately one toilet wasn't working properly in the suite and there was no hot water in the other washroom. I did not want it fixed during my stay but they made sure I was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options for all dietary needs.
