Canopy by Hilton Toronto - Yorkville

After checking out, the hotel said I stole their hair dryer, but I didn't steal it at all. It was always there. They directly deducted $60 from me and I haven't returned it yet. I sent an email to the hotel but they didn't respond. I'm speechless.

The hotel is very new, with spacious rooms and advanced facilities, which is a level higher than the old hotels commonly seen in North America. The location is good, with a subway station just outside the door and a bustling commercial street within a 10-minute walk.

In the city, close to shopping spots.

It was noisy at night! You can even hear the people next door! Steamer is good. Water fetching system bothersome. I can hear sirens because the hospital is nearby. people are good

It was a very unpleasant stay. I experienced two fire alarms in 3 days, once during the day and once at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night! (Crying faintly) The room is still decorated and smells suffocating, giving me a headache! The check-in at the front desk was 🇯🇵girl. The room given was the latest and smelled great. I decided to change it to a room with ventilation equipment near the corridor (because it was a prepaid room and I couldn't check out early, a painful lesson). The facilities were new, but , the bedding is a three-layered one, so it’s very easy to get messy! The hot water is relatively small and the conversion is slow! No slippers. If you don’t want to be disturbed by the cleaning staff, be sure to put up a sleeping sign. The air conditioner hardly starts at around 21 degrees. If it is above 21 degrees, the sound will be loud! The surrounding area is slightly remote, with supermarkets, McDonald's, TIM coffee, pizza, etc. The hotel staff are not particularly experienced veterans and are not of HiTON quality. I would not choose this hotel again.
