Convenient location just few minutes walk away from the subway station, close to museum and the university. The area is very bougie with plenty designer shops, expect to pay over 60CAD per person to dine out.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful apar**ent, just it was quite warm and not easy to adjust the AC temperature. Check in process isn’t the swiftest, but once that’s done all good.

The entrance is not easy to find, and you have to check in after 15:00, and you will have to pay extra at other times.
The packages are more suitable for couples or families, but may not be suitable for singles.

It was clean, convenient, and very comfortable. The views were great. Parking is a pain however, if there was parking included (or at a lower price) that would be excellent.

The property is very acessible, 2 TTC stations nearby if you don't have a car. Close to whole foods, and several dining areas. All in all, experience is great. It was not communicated to us that airconditioning is not turned on during winter, i stayed in early Feb 2024, which is not too cold--we had a warm winter, and for a person with hot flushes, it is not great. So it was a bit warm in the room and we had to leave the door ajar so colder air can come inside the room. Only 1 window can be opened slightly. Washer was also dirty when i tried to use it, so i had to clean it, and the valve for the water was turned off, so i had to download the washer manual in order to figure out why it was not working.
All in all, experience was great, fast response from the staff. Just some miscommunication. Will definitely stay again, but maybe in the summertime so there is airconditioning.

Pros : nice area, clean building, comfortable bed, amazing view, nice staff
Cons: wifi sometimes slow, late check in fee
Overall I would stay here again, you get great value for your money

horrible experience with staff on site, horrible check in expirence. horrible customer service had to call for help with on site manager twice and both times took them 30 mins to arrive . will not rebook with avalon. shame… suites are beautiful and area is great

Location good. Mattress of poor quality. Washing machine dryer didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. No place to put clothes for 12 nights. Staff tried to help and were good. Very hot.
