This is a mid-range hotel about 4 stars.
I was impressed by the friendly service. Since I had a lot of luggage, the staff at the front desk took the initiative to lend me a luggage trolley and adjusted the room type for us as requested without increasing the price.
The location is very convenient. Just outside is Yong Street, where you can eat and go shopping. It only takes half an hour to walk to the main campus of the University of Toronto.
The room was very clean and the bedding was relatively comfortable.
Since breakfast is not included in the room rate, I cannot comment.

Absolutely bad review. I booked this hotel for three days. Due to changes in my overseas itinerary, I applied for a refund and waited to book again, but I was not allowed to check out.
