The room I was given at check-in had a broken sink. They moved me to a new room right next to the elevator AND the ice machine! The elevator noise and the ice machine running all day and night made it almost impossible to sleep. I had to take sleeping pills for four days straight just to get some rest. They were awful for not explaining the situation and giving me the worst room. I demand compensation.
