The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease. During the Christmas period, the hotel even offered complimentary hot chocolate and churros, which was such a lovely festive touch and really added to the atmosphere.
The facilities were excellent. There is a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool stays open until 10pm or 11pm depending on the day. Towels are also provided at the pool, so you do not need to bring your own, which is always appreciated.
Overall, the staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel had a genuinely welcoming and festive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at this hotel was the best experience I've had in Toronto. It's right in the absolute city center, making it super convenient for landmarks and shopping. A Chinese guy at the front desk was especially welcoming; even though I arrived very late, he proactively arranged a high-floor, quiet room for me and gave me plenty of water, which made me feel really warm and cared for. It's a shame I was only there for the weekend and spent most of my time out exploring, so I didn't get to enjoy the hotel as much as I would have liked. I'll definitely be back next time!

Location Location Location! Right beside Eaton Centre with many restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth and was able to request higher floor. No free breakfast so lounge pass is highly recommended and the food is great with many choices throughout the day. Room was decent and clean.

I stayed here for 2 days, and this hotel was much better than the Hilton I stayed at afterward. The only downside was the bed, which was 1.3m compared to Hilton's 1.5m. However, everything from the front desk service to the check-out time was significantly better than the Hilton. Highly recommended!

The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. It's within walking distance to the City Hall and CBD. Early check-in is possible, which is a plus, although the breakfast area feels a bit cramped.

I've stayed here multiple times. The lounge isn't quite on par with what you'd find in China, but it generally has everything you need. Breakfast is decent, though it can get a bit repetitive after a few days. The front desk staff are consistently patient and polite.
