Quick and easy check-in. Room was spacious and perfect for our group.

Even the area is great, the room size is big.... i had to ask for an other bed because its not really a 4 people room only for 3.... the sofa bed fit 1 person only or 2 kids but thats it.the flush was broken, ens road in construction down so noisy at 3Am wasn t super great.

Excellent locations, few minutes walk from train station to Airport and Roger Center. Staff very helpful to give us early check in. Breakfast is very basic and usually very crowded but restaurant staff did their best to arrange seating.

Very good hotel in downtown. Recommended for families or larger groups.

Great hotel and great location.

The location of the hotel is near downtown and the BMO stadium. There were races in the stadium during our stay and we had serious traffic jams for our two evenings. The facilities in the room is relatively old. Though it has a kitchen, it provides no pans, saucepans and kettle and literally, not a functioning one. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator and iron. The ice-making function of the refrigerator is the best part of the hotel. The view of the room is not desirable, as it faces the electrical cable of the hydro electrical plant. The breakfast is fine, while the services were nice.

Hotel was clean and very well located. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Room was also dated and needs to be updated.

Good shape

The hotel is in a good location when visiting Toronto. It is a 15-minute walk from the Union Train Station. It is in the city center and is convenient for subways and buses to various attractions. There are small supermarkets and restaurants opposite. The hotel looks quite new from the outside, but it is relatively old inside. The room is quite large and there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, but it feels a bit old and does not provide free water and mouthwash cups. As for the service, I was impressed by an employee named Lin from Hong Kong in the housekeeping department. He had a very good attitude and good service. There was an older foreign bellhop in the front hall who was also very nice and greeted us every time he saw us. The breakfast was simple but included in the room rate.

Breakfast is included and the location is convenient, making it a suitable restaurant for family outings!

I stayed with 3 friends and it was very good except for the fact that there was no sofa bed and we had some trouble at check-in.

The hotel room is quite large. Although there are many people with breakfast, you can pack it and take it back to the room to eat. The location in DT is good. It is convenient to go out to see the exhibition and have a meal. These days, the planes are roaring at the air show.

The six of us booked two rooms, and the hotel upgraded one of the rooms to two rooms and one living room after arriving at the store. Thank you!
