The hotel is large and multi-storey, really located in the very central part of the city, with the main attractions within walking distance. The room is quite spacious with an additional sofa, coffee table, desk and large bed. The furniture is not new, but is still in satisfactory condition. The staff is pleasant and helpful, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. The price is high, but quite reasonable compared to other hotels in this area of the city.

I recently stayed at The Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, expecting a four-star experience. However, the room fell short of expectations – outdated, lacking amenities like bottled water, slippers, or dental kits. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable stains and drawings on the walls, and stained furniture. On Friday night, a midnight fire alarm disrupted our sleep, and while it was a non-emergency, the lengthy updates were unnecessary. Adding to the discomfort, there was no hot water in the morning. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
