I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!

There was no Wi-Fi for 3 days which was inconvenient for me and my family. The environment of the hotel was quiet and comfortable in general and my family could rest well. The location was also convenient.

I would strongly discourage considering this hotel. It is truly regrettable that the hotel staff is ignoring my politely requested basic inquiries via email. Instead of prioritizing their own convenience, they should consider finding flexible solutions to address customers' basic requests. Some staff members not even reading customer emails is a serious issue, and encountering insects in the room was quite surprising.
