Hotel with major management problems. My check-in took 30 minutes even though I had a full reservation. When I arrived in the room, the temperature was 60F (15C) and the heating didn't work. I had to move the wardrobe myself to reactivate the breaker because the reception was not answering the phone at 8 pm. The toilet wouldn't flush, so I adjusted the float myself. Then I had to return some emails but the internet wasn't working. The next morning, the room temperature (726) was 78f (26C) and there was no hot water for the shower (just lukewarm). Maintenance came to replace the thermostat after a discussion with the manager. The hot water was never repaired. Never again... I will continue to go to Hilton Garden Toronto
