Was what I expected, a dorm style room with hard beds. Not complaining for the price we paid. A little cool in our basement room until we figured to block the gap in the door with a towel. Location was very convenient as I had an event at York U. Fairly quiet. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Overall 4 out of 5 rating.

Absolutely horrible, this is a college dorm room . My bathroom was unclean , I found blood on the fall . The floor boards loose , a used toilet seat on the private balcony, broken furniture and to top it off people scream till 1am
I tried contact the 'front desk' (masking tape with a number written on it ) but no response at all
Avoid completely I have added a claim to this property and will be adding my photos to google review and to ******* social account .
If I could give 0 I would I feel like I need a shot after staying here

The owner made 0 effort to try and contact me, she wasn’t ready for when I arrived to the property; in fact, she wasn’t even there. When I asked how long would I have to wait, she said ‘I don’t know’, never showed up nor showed any concern.
We waited outside the property for a long time, the weather was horrible that day and she didn’t offer any solution.
The instructions for checking in were unclear and confusing, and apparently she doesn’t know how to read since I stated that I was staying for 3 nights. She thought I was a student that was staying for more than a month; since I wasn’t she didn’t care at all about my situation.
Rude, improper and unprofessional. Never again.

Stayed for a night. Experienced no noise after 10.30pm. No issues with check in or out. Spoke with someone, no issues. Will book again.

Everything went very well, the host was very kind in welcoming us and giving us directions to the place. The place is well connected with the Union Station (1). The journey is long, but for the price, it's fine.
