This hotel has nice rooms and good wifi but that's about it. The service was very average, and they were trying to get us to spend more than what we had already booked. The breakfast is cold, cheap, packaged food in a brown bag, definitely not worth it.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However it is not very convenient for the location. It takes a little more than an hour to get there from the airport, and it seems to be in a rougher kind of area.

It is a nice hotel. The bedroom was very clean. The employees were really polite and understanding (I had lost my room card). The only problem is the location.

Not bad first experience staying in a Toronto hotel. Parking is convenient, and you can walk for food! what! Am I not in Canada? Indeed surrounded by Indians.

Relatively close to the airport, but public transport is a bit inconvenient. If you want to go downtown, it may take a long time. Room equipment is also relatively general.

Customer service didn't do anything about the noise on the floor above us we called 3 times in the middle of the night and nothing was done about it very disappointed
