Comfort Inn & Conference Centre Toronto Airport Reviews

I swore off comfort inn motels a couple of years ago, but I was desperate and this one was close to the airport for a fight diversion. They offered a shuttle service which took an hour and a 15 to get to me, 45 minutes longer than the 30 minute wait I was told. Room was clean, modern and the usual comfort inn smell. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good breakfast, again, not the usual comfort inn fruit loops and bagels

It is great that shuttle bus can be provided for transferring to the airport, especially during the early morning at 4:30

I stayed in the hotel just for a nearby event. The hotel just slept for a while and no facilities were taken care of. This hotel is a relatively ordinary one that provides breakfast in the morning. In North America, breakfast is always provided in hotels, not high-end hotels. Breakfast is also very average North American breakfast, not many choices. The air conditioner in the room is a very old-style one. If you sleep on the bed next to the air conditioner, the air volume will be strong and cold when it is turned on. It would be better to sleep on another bed farther away. But you can't turn down the air conditioner, otherwise the room won't be cold enough. The volume is also quite high when the air conditioner is on. Fortunately, the two of us are not very sensitive to background noise, so it did not affect our sleep. People who are afraid of noise will not be able to do it. Because our room was on the highest floor, the weather was hot and the corridor was very hot. There is also a heating and cooling unit next to the bed in the corridor. Obviously this hotel does not have central air conditioning. Everything was fine, so-so.

The housekeeping did not come to the room when I requested twice for clean up. Other than that it was an alright stay.

This isnt my first stay at this hotel. The last time i stayed my room was in the newer section this time i was in the older section. There was a ton of noise happening in that area with construction and guest slammimg doors as well something was peeping. The curtain didnt cover the window completely so the lights from the parkinglot and the shipping yard came in to the room and was very deserving.l. all in all i probably wont book this hotelnagain

I would not recommend this hotel. The water pressure in my room was poor. The morning breakfast was poor. With no selection and food running out

Everything was good. Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious enough for two. Free continental breakfast was just what one gets. Nothing more. But there was plentiness of what was there . As well, a girl that continually stocked things up.

Had to run the shower for 15 mins to get a warm not hot shower. I was told it was my room. If there was a problem other people would complain. Then i heard a guy saying how cold his shower was at breakfast. A 4 night stay. They did not clean or serive the room. I complained amd they gave me towels. The next day the same. Then they said they only clean after 3 days unless i ask for it to be cleaned. Why did they not say that the first time.

Directions to get a free shuttle from the airport werent available. After 45 minutes, i took a taxi that was $36

Someone used a keycard and walked in while I was in the shower. The breakfast was slim at best and in a locked area difficult to access.

I had to pay 35 dollars taxi fair from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle wasn't running and the hotel refused to reimburse me

Rooms were Clean. Breakfast (included) was was a good basic breakfast with some hot entrees. Good value for the price.
