When staying at the hotel, the front desk informed that all non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are free because they have been prepaid.
After that, bring some desserts.
Someone knocked on the door at night, asking if a turndown service was needed.
Before leaving, I was told that there are additional charges: facility charge $12, Neighbourhood Mktg $4.89. This is required upon check-in.

Beautiful room, wonderful service, great location! Our family had the most amazing stay at the Hazelton Hotel. Staffs were so helpful & the ONE restaurant serves very satisfying breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel and intend to visit again :)

My friend and I stayed at the Hazelton to celebrate his birthday. Customer service is top notch. Upon arrival we felt like celebrities ( Special mention Al and Brendan from Valet) and Vivian from front desk The room was gorgeous with a nice view overlooking Yorkville Ave. The bathroom was beautiful with dark marble flooring, a massive bathtub & shower. The entire hotel is comfortable with only 4 floors . We had dinner at One restaurant (located on the main floor). We will definitely return to the Hazelton!

Stayed overnight for a mini staycation with my sisters. The experience we had was impeccable!! We were greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive staff ( Elaine from the restaurant, Robb and Michael at the front door). Everyone was super friendly!

We took our pup for a staycation in the city and they took such good care of us. The staff are some attentive, the rooms are spotless and the large balcony was nice talking relax on. The pillow menu and services offered were top notch.The food was delicious from room service and overall was a great overnight stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that really takes care of its guests.

I had a perfect stay at The Hazelton. The location in Yorkville is great. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The restaurant is wonderful. But the staff really sets The Hazelton apart from other 5 star luxury hotels; kind, friendly, helpful, they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which directly translates to a pleasant guest experience. I had forgotten my dopp kit and the concierge Maíra went out of her way, going to several stores, to replenish all my toiletries! The exemplary service extended to every member of the staff: Ronaldo, Robery and Toni were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is not only the best hotel in Canada, but I would say one of the best in the world. As a regular Four Seasons customer, The Hazelton remains my go to in Toronto What really separates it is the service, that goes along with the boutique nature of this hotel. The Concierge, Robert, Redmile, and our Reservations specialist. Olga Nianchuk, went above and beyond to help curate a special birthday celebration. For one of our evening reservations, Robert walked about a mile away, to secure a table, as they were not answering the phone. The phenomenal location in Yorkville, has access to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Toronto, not to mention the people watching. All within walking distance! The One bar is where you want to be when having a cocktail and socializing with friends, or pre/post meal. Great to get there around 4 PM on a Thursday or Friday when the DJ set gets going, setting a vibe that is hard to match. Usually by 5:30 or 6 it’s SRO Over the years I’ve stayed here with my wife, family, & friends. Recommended it to many. High expectations, and they never disappoint.
