My recent stay at this hotel was an exercise in frustration. Finding the entrance was akin to navigating a labyrinth, an utterly perplexing experience. The check-in process, reliant on an app, was particularly challenging for someone visiting from another country without easy app access or data.
The parking situation only added to the chaos. You’re only informed about parking access post-check-in, followed by an inexplicable hour-long wait to actually use it. This felt unnecessarily complicated and inefficient.
The room itself was a cramped disappointment. The beds were so uncomfortable, I felt I would have been better off sleeping on the ground. It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel stay I have ever endured. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your accommodation needs. Disappointed this is even offered on *******.

The 20 minute walk we had to take to reach our unit multiple times a day was pretty ridiculous, but the apartment itself was very cute :) perfect area. Sonder failed to respond to all my late check out requests and had a cleaning lady banging on the door at 11 am exactly.

The stay was wonderful. A few comments:
- fire alarm went off in middle of night
- a bit noisy
- building has seen better days (scuffs on the walls, a broken door etc) but overall very good

We were visiting friends for a sporting event in nearby Bellwood Trinity Park and wanted a comfortable place to stay and it certainly was all that! Stores downstairs were a great asset. Young people all around so I knew we hit the jackpot! If I was Canadian I would Live in Toronto and in that neighborhood! While the apartment was tricky to get to with the long hallways we figured it out pretty quickly. Did I say that we Loved the apartment! It had a friggin dishwasher! Biking around the city was a huge plus!
