Was very nice stay. Receptionist was very helpful and the room was great! Spacious and a great bathroom. Has a nice bar which I didn’t have time to use unfortunately. The only issue was that the walls are not super noise cancelling…, but I still enjoyed my stay.

Awesome stay, and great price for the night. Hotel room was very nice and staff (Simone) was very friendly.
In the room, it was very dim and I think it could definitely use some brighter lights in my opinion. However everything was very modern and clean. Our TV was not working and we had some very minor issues with the shower handle but we were only there for one night and didn’t bring it up to the staff, although I’m certain they would have been accommodating with our issues if we brought it to their attention. I think this is a hidden gem of downtown Toronto! Perfect central location. We walked almost everywhere or called Ubers that were under 10 dollars. The front doors are locked after midnight, however a staff member is quick to come to the door once you show them your room key. This gave me peace of mind and made me feel secure given the location of being downtown Toronto.
For the price, room and customer service I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! :)

Cute hotel. Massive room with lots of space!!! Just needed a place to attend a work event and near my workplace. Wasn’t aware of the $250 deposit - when I was initially told it was only $200. Not a deal breaker, truly. Would stay again

The room was very basic. Queen size bed, nice clean soft sheets. 3 piece bathroom. The TV in our room didn't work, which was a little irritating but nothing to get upset over. Overall a good place to crash at, but nothing fancy. Staff were very nice and friendly.
