The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Free breakfast had sausage, pancakes, toasts etc. Very good.

I’m all for standardization, as long as it’s premium & this place was great. Spacious, clean, well-lit room and bathroom. Helpful staff and service. Good breakfast. Location is walkable from the downtown area (650m). Plenty of restaurants on a walking distance. Spacious and well equipped fitness area. Overall our stay was pleasant.

It's a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice. It has perfect location, convenient parking (paid ~$50/night though). There is 24/7 coffee, tea in the dining area next to the lobby. We had a room on the 6 floor, new and clean (room itself and the bathroom), the view from the room was also nice. Beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. There was refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hotel provided very nice breakfast! Staff on the reception was nice except for one girl. When we tried to check in, she said we have to provide credit card, we told her that we have debit card or cash ( to leave as a deposit). Her reply was - then you can change the hotel, there is plenty nearby. (BTW, the room was prepaid online already). Other than that girl everything was great!

Front desk staff amazing omg they text you and everything...Amy and the other girl and the men were really nice also...breakfast was amazing....housekeeping so nice...location perfect but hampton needs better signage

Location was great, walking distance like 15 mins. to the subway station. The area was quiet and safe. Room was huge. But it lacked a desk so it was hard to work with laptop.

easiest check in process once u book, show id, and have credit card ready for 100 deposit, you get keys and off u bbgo. Try not being to miss breakfast, it ends promptly at 10 or 11 pn weekends. its the best variety and quality in a breakfaat buffet ive seen in a while. The cleaning ladies are sweet and staff are super stars🤩🤩🤩
