Really nice hotel. Check in was a bit slow but the staff were great and got through the queue as quick as they could. Nice comfy rooms (usual flat Hilton pillows), good shower. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and ok coffee!

Very poor for parking, the steps of the area going for the car park are unsafe for women and children, as there are homeless men sleeping and youngsters smoking ***** in the area, car parking fees are very expensive at £10.90 for one day so I was there for six days, where Premier inn is only £6 90 for one day, on my arrival at the reception even though I was born in Torquay and lived there for 17 years but now living in Thailand I was asked for my passport and I can assure you I was not happy with,

Loved the hotel, great value for money just the bed not too my liking a bit too firm me so didn’t sleep well, everything else great

I booked a high-rise room with a view, and I could see the pier and the moored ships. The room size is OK, and it is not cramped for two people to stay in. It is convenient to eat and have a supermarket nearby.
The sanitation and facilities can meet basic needs, there are hair dryers and kettles, but nothing else.

Everything was very clean and brand new condition. Close to city centre and walking distance to a beach. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. Only thing was you can't open a window. Instead they have ventilators on the ceiling

Beautiful hotel with great decor all round. Honestly can't fault anything. Breakfast was superb. Would return in future. Overall great experience.
