There is a place in the hotel where you can cook your own meals, but the bed in the double room is only 1.5m which is too small and is not recommended for a trip of two. Also, hotel parking is very expensive.

It was difficult to carry suitcases up to the room on the second floor. There is no elevator. Breakfast was also free. Two people cannot take a bath consecutively. If there is no hot water and one person comes in, wait for at least 30 minutes or it will be water!

The Inn provided us the location and amenities for our recent short stay visiting family in the LA area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a studio. It was a little dated and some wear was evident. The sofa needs to be replaced as it has seen better days. There were no issues with cleanliness. The property appeared to be well maintained. The provided daily breakfast was very good as there were enough choices to satisfy most guests. The value paid was good in relationship to other properties in the area. I would stay here again should the need arise.

Enjoyed the stay and all the amenities! However I wish the breakfast buffet was more inclusive when it comes to meat options. This was my second or third stay at the Residence Inn and each time there was never an alternative to pork. Other than that I would recommend!

Zsa was the most exquisite and helpful concierge I've ever experienced. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She answered all my questions with a good attitude and a smile on her face. I could tell she was well informed about all the facilities in the building. She accommodated all my odd requests with no questions asked. She guarded my phone with her life when I left it at the hot tub. I will definitely be coming back to see my girl Zsa at the front desk ＜3
