I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay there. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.The room was adequate at the bare minimum. I’m used to staying to other Hiltons, but this wasn’t up to the Hilton standard that I grew up with. From the front desk to all the other employees, the treatment made me I feel unwelcome and unwanted.

I booked my Easter weekend stay two months in advance and prepaid the entire stay. Upon arrival I was told that there had been a policy change implemented five days before and that self-parking was longer free and I was charged $30/night. They also implemented a new security deposit hold and charged $100/night to my credit card to be held until after checkout. As parking was still free at the time I booked, and since I prepaid the entire bill I found this to be unfair and requested a waiver for both which they refused. I've stayed here many times in the past because my family lives nearby. There is nothing special about this hotel and I will be looking elsewhere for my future stays. You should too.

We arrived early as we came straight from getting off a cruise. We were able to check in right away which was greatly appreciated.
There is some construction inside the hotel but we weren’t planning on dining here anyway.

I had a great stay. The staff were polite and pleasant. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable. I would stay again in the future and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to LA.
