C' è solo una cosa più bella del luogo che ospita la struttura : le persone che ci lavorano. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un grave problema famigliare che ci ha costretto a rimandare il nostro soggiorno. La correttezza e la serietà nella gestione della nuova data ci ha colpito. Il soggiorno seppur breve è stato meraviglioso. Consigliato a chi apprezza gente e luoghi veri.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo Hotel molto bello in un posto incantevole, a due passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia con un ottimo ristorante. Personale qualificato e gentile, sia nella reception che nel ristorante e nel bar, molto attenti e gentili. Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente. Veramente da consigliare. Ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolino In attesa di essere serviti intorno alle ore 11:50 , premetto che attorno a noi tutti i tavoli stavano consumando servizio bar (caffè , bevande e patatine ) quindi nessuno stava Pranzando e i tavoli non erano apparecchiati ; quando arriva la cameriera e puntualizza che eravamo In un area destinata al servizio ristorante e che avremmo dovuto spostarci . Per tanto siamo andati via visto che i tavolini destinati al servizio bar erano esposti al sole con gli ombrelloni chiusi .

Pour un séjour en famille hors saison pour découvrir les Pouilles, nous avons passé quelques jours à Torre del Orso.
En février la ville est déserte ce qui est déstabilisant au début. Mais on s’y fait et on y prend plaisir, c’est beau et calme hors saison!
L’hôtel est sympa, familial et bien placé. Le staff est aux petits soins et le service au top.

Très bel hôtel qui surplombe une jolie plage de sable fin et avec piscine sur la terrasse au troisième étage ! Bien pour rayonner sur le sud dés Pouilles. Falaises, tour et une piscine naturelle à voir pas très loin. Un grand merci à Marco qui a su être à l’écoute et nous apporter quelques solutions aux problèmes que nous avons rencontré à cause d’une correspondance aérienne non respectée par ITA. Transfert, location de véhicule sur place ( puisque tout était devenu caduque en arrivant à minuit). Très beau buffet pour le « petit déjeuner » dans le restaurant de cet hôtel, ouvert midi et soir : bon et plutôt abordable.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night. Perhaps this is why they assigned us room 109 which, together with 108 and their respective rooms on the second floor, are the most unfortunate with a sea view as regards the balcony: practically non-existent! An up grade would have been appreciated! However, the location, the view, the swimming pool on the terrace and the courtesy of the staff positively denoted this hotel, as did the courtesy water in the fridge and also offered upon departure. Of course, a little more cleaning of all the hotel's glass and steel elements (lift, unpleasant doors, railings, poolside...) wouldn't go amiss, given that it's a four-star hotel! Instead, I compliment the breakfast where I was able to find many cakes, pasticciotti and excellent local cheeses which, with mini friselle and tomatoes, I seasoned with excellent local oil. (but the toaster was missing)

My wife and I were guests of the Belvedere hotel, booked on booking. We were familiar with the property as we had already been there in the past. Ours did not disappoint at all. expectations actually left us amazed. Starting from the Director, to the Reception staff, in particular Marco and Francesca, they were attentive to our requests. needs and to the extent of our competence tried to give us the best possible trea**ent/comfort and the best availability to resolve our problems. needs. Certainly highly qualified and trained staff. Definitely coming back. To be recommended. Bed, breakfast and dinner all perfect, with the sea as a backdrop.
