Fantastic resort with nice bars and superb golf course, very neat and tidy. However the staff in the golf reception, bars and restaurants ALL need lessons in customer service, they would rather talk to each other than give you a smiling customer friendly service, I have been involved in customer facing roles in all my 45 years working and the service hear needs to be addressed as it is spoiling the whole experience of stopping there.

Great location but the units were so poorly marked, even the locals couldn’t help find the correct one. Door locks need updating. The KEY lock didn’t always work. Advertised same amenities as the Hotel, however we couldn’t access the pool/hot tub/gym. Only for Hotel guests, not the Residence guests. The pool for the Residences was closed upon arrival. Opened 2 days later. No pool towels supplied. Hotel reception regarding this was rude. Unit was clean but had no working phone or available electrical adapters. Check-in was at the Hotel but they washed their hands of any requests or concerns.

The apartment was ok but very basic no English TV at all .beds not very comfortable. Sofa not very comfortable. All in all ok.

Todo perfecto.
El desayuno en el hotel de 5*, no merece la pena.
A la comida le falta mucha calidad.
Zumo de maquina, café muy malo, fiambres de muy muy baja calidad, etc.
Tienen que mejorar muchas cosas para llegar a 4*.
Fatal el zumo de naranja y el agua de maquina.
NO ESTÁ A LA ALTURA, NI DE LEJOS.
