Abbiamo prenotato per caso una notte in questo hotel,una suite ,peccato era da allungare qualche giorno in più.Che dire camera bellissima dotata di ogni confort,vista mare.Accoglienza e personale simpaticissimi.Sicuramente da consigliare.

Our stay at Hotel Cico' was nothing short of exceptional. My partner and I spent 2 weeks in the top suite on the second floor, overlooking the Mediterranean. The view was stunning, a 180 degree view of the sea. Early morning and at night we could hear the sound of the sea which was beautiful. When we arrived, Andrea introduced us to the room, we couldn't believe our eyes. The air con was superb, the room very spacious and super clean, amazing shower with a choice of 3 water jets, and then the spacious balcony with swollows flying over every night it was magic. We did spend a couple of nights just chilling on the balcony as the view was stunning. Now about the staff, humble, helpful and efficient. They made us feel at home from day 1, always available for any sort of requests, including wine recommendations! (my partner has a very specific taste in wine and Salvatore, Andrea, Angelo the bar man and the waiter with an accent from Tuscany (sorry can't remember her name), they were all super helpful and we end up tasting and drinking award winning wine from the local vineyards which was delicious. Lucy was also very helpful in making sure we had our umbrellas and sunbeds set up at the beach (1min walk from the hotel!). The two ladies at the bar (sorry again can't remember the names) offered great breakfast service in the morning, making the best Italian cappuccinos and espressos. We went for only breakfast inc. as we wanted to do a lot of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious as it offered a wide range of local food, from mini focaccias to cereal flour croissant, local "pasticciotti" and "pasticceria" - it was perfect (crispy bacon and scrambled eggs, ham and cheese were also available everyday). We did a lot of sightseeig as the hotel is located in a strategigc position to visit Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Monopoli, Grotte di Castellana, Polignano etc. We will go back to visit more places!

Ho prenotato questo hotel all'ultimo minuto per fare 4 giorni nei dintorni di Ostuni. Ho trovato un luogo senza nessun difetto, sintetizzo i punti salienti: 1) camera suite pulitissima, moderna, letto comodissimo, bagno grande , doccia e idromassaggio perfetti, vista mare straordinaria e balconcino comodo e spazioso. 2) servizio reception Top! mai viste delle ragazze cosi disponibili sempre con il sorriso e sempre pronte a rendere la tua vacanza perfetta. Informazioni perfette anche sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristorantini in zona (provate i panini da Sapurito incredibilmente buoni) 3) spiaggetta di fronte perfetta per i bimbi, sabbia soffice , mare basso e cristallino, ombrellone e 2 lettini comodi e tanta tranquillità. 4) proprietario disponibilissimo sempre pronto ad accontentarti in tutte le tue esigenze , lounge bar molto moderno con bella musica, ottimi aperitivi e cocktail serali. Hotel centrale, vicinissimo alla spiaggia, personale ESTREMAMENTE CORTESE, ho richiesto una pulizia anticipata della camera ed in 20 munuti era tutto pronto, colazione ottima e varia con prodotti artigianali e con Gennaro attento ad ogni necessità, camera PULITISSIMA e confortevole, personale addetto alle pulizie cortese e professionale. Paesino molto carino dove NON MANCA NULLA, ma priprio nulla, ( riatoranti, gelaterie, mini market, bar, farmacia, pronto soccorso, ecc ecc ) nelle vicinanze abbiamo visitato e cenato a : Carovigno, Alberobello, Cisternina, Ostuni, Polignano, ma vi sarebbe tantissimo altro da visitare... Abbiamo cenato anche due sere a Torre Sabina , una sera al pub stupendo ed una sera carni alla brace..... divino.... La spiaggia è libera ma l'hotel fornisce un proprio dipendente che porta ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio pertanto non vi è alcuna difficoltà. Mare pulito e cristallino, Abbiamo visitato anche la riserva di porto guaceto a meno di 10 km di distanza. Torre Sabina rappresenta un posto centrale dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze in famiglia nella splendida struttura del Cicò. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente perché abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza dal 7 al 14 agosto. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Buon 4 stelle, ben tenuto. Camere spaziose, pulite, con diversi punti di appoggio e interruttori per la luce non cervellottici, come spesso accade in alcuni hotel. Anche il bagno grande e pulito. Asciugamani in abbondanza e senza il tipico "odore da albergo". La mia camera aveva un piccolo balconcino ma comunque provvisto di tutto, anche di stendino per teli e costumi. Climatizzazione autonoma e non rumorosa. Puliti anche gli spazi comuni. Buona la colazione, con dolci da forno, frutta fresca e prodotti tipici del posto. Gli addetti al bar sono veloci e premurosi, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. In realtà tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, si è mostrato accogliente e premuroso, a partire dai responsabili della reception, sino al personale dedito alla pulizia.

Siamo arrivati il 17/07 dopo un viaggio in macchina molto lungo. Prima di prenotare avevo chiamato per accertarmi di avere le comodità per il cane in spiaggia, e richiesto di farci rifare le camere entro le 9:30 così da poter riportare il cane in stanza visto il caldo asfissiante. CONTRO: 1- il cane ha il divieto di accesso in spiaggia (messo il cartello a maggio quando abbiamo fatto la prenotazione e mai comunicato) 2- parcheggio dell’hotel è inesistente 3- nella camera abbiamo trovato le formiche 4- servizio spiaggia pessimo, il ragazzo prima delle 8:30 non è in spiaggia a montare i lettini e gli ombrelloni, e quando lo trovi è scazzato e ti mette un lettino attaccato all’altro che fai fatica a spostarti. Per lo più ci prova e ti chiede €10 per i lettini. 5- la struttura ha un bar sottostante e soprattutto il weekend mettono la musica ad alto volume e praticamente prima delle 2 non puoi dormire nonostante ci sia scritto che le camere siano insonorizzate. 6- mancanza di comunicazione dalla reception ai vari reparti 7- cocktail e aperitivi davvero cari. PRO: 1- pulizia camere eccezionali le signore ANGELA ed ENZA sono il pilastro fondamentale dell’hotel. Sempre cortesi, gentili, con il sorriso e professionali e puliscono tutti i giorni a fondo le stanze e ti cambiano le lenzuola. 2- GENNARO e GIUSY le loro colazioni sono sempre ottime. Sempre con il sorriso e gentili. Queste 4 persone citate sono state la nota positiva di questo soggiorno!

Da dove iniziare . L’accoglienza di Nica ha fatto Da padrona ci ha messo subito a nostro agio ed è entrata subito In sintonia con nostro figlio . La gentilezza dei ragazzi della colazione disarmante sempre a disposizione ( avrò chiesto di lavare i biberon 700 Volte tipo ahaha) . Colazione variegata e sempre fresca Signore delle pulizie sempre a disposizione e molto gentili Camera fresca E abbiamo Conosciuto anche la Mascotte luna ❤️ Quindi se volete visitare la Valle d’itria il cico hotel è sicuramente l’hotel in cui risiedere
