Plucked this place from the internet as a journey break between Santander and Costa Del Sol, especially as the hotel was pet friendly. Anyone visiting Segovia this hotel worth a look Recognising one of the party had mobility issues and required a scooter and not forgetting the dog, hotel made contact a few days prior to booking offering a ground room as a change option duly accepted. On arrival staff were helpful with the luggage and dog treats, food bowl and a bed awaited the Labrador - how thoughtful. Restaurant was shut but front of house staff were keen to point out local options, we went to a local Taberna part of the group and equally good service, good food and helpful young lady behind the bar. In the morning and a another demonstration of good customer care we had breakfast in bar rather than steps to breakfast salon. Typical spanish breakfast always asking if we needed anything and another helpful member of staff.
