We arrived for having just a good rest night from our road trip. Everything was clean and room was big -but that’s it from good things. Everything seems to be very old, same goes to guests- felt like hotel was only for elderly people. Reception girls were ok. Spa area - nothing special… warm thermal water pool. U not allowed to enter pool without swimming cap, but u need to buy it for 3 eur. Like for 4 star service u could include it booking price. Got a snack sandwich next to pool - waited 30 min for dry panini. We wanted to get some good sleep and go to bed early but there was a party in restaurant on Tuesday underneath our room till 23.00. Let me tell u we could hear it all. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely disaster. Poor choice, scrambled eggs were so bad that we couldn’t even eat it. Don’t understand how this hotel have 4 stars

Uno storico hotel con delle camere nuove e molto confortevoli, impeccabile pulizia, personale sorridente e disponibile, ristorante con un servizio eccellente (complimenti a tutti i camerieri, competenza, professionalità, empatia non mancano mai) ed una bella selezione di vini, SPA nuova e piscine grandi e con aree idromassaggio da non perdere. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stato con la mia compagna all' Hotel Terme Venezia la settimana dal 16 Giugno al 23 Giugno. La vacanza è stata davvero bella e rilassante, la camera da noi scelta è stata la Elegance, curata nei minimi dettagli,con un bellissimo e grande bagno con doppio lavandino e una doccia grande e un letto molto comodo grazie ai materassi e ai cuscini in tecnogel. Area piscine termali con ombrelloni e sdraio sempre disponibili e mai sovraffollate. Veramente ottima la qualità del cibo proposto a pranzo e cena e perfetto il servizio del personale di sala. Sperando di soggiornate di nuovo nella struttura ringrazio tutto il personale per l' impegno e la cura che hanno nei confronti degli ospiti.

Ho passato una settimana di massimo relax con mia madre e mia figlia in un posto meraviglioso. Struttura rinnovata, luminosa e accogliente. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile a tutti i livelli. La SPA comoda e ben curata. Anche la posizione è ottimale perché a due passi dal centro di Abano. La cosa che mi ha stupito favorevolmente è stata il ristorante con cibi ricercati e gustosi, mai banali.

Hanno risposto ampiamente come sempre a tutte le mie richiesta, è anni che frequento questa struttura e continuerò a frequentarla, ho frequentato altre strutture di Abano Terme da 48 anni e l'hotel Terme Venezia è indubbiamente la migliore. Lo staff tutto è gentilissimo, la pulizia è ottima, i servizi eccezionali, il relax è garantito, camere insonorizzate. Grazie come sempre a tutto lo staff.

Hotel bellissimo, curato nei minimi particolari sia negli spazi comuni sia nelle stanze. Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti , moderni. Letto supercomodo! Colazione e cena ottimi! Anche il personale è stato molto gentile ed attento . Da consigliare!

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel VENEZIA è stato veramente eccellente. In ogni aspetto della struttura , Reception, Camerieri e tutto il personale di servizio abbiamo ricevuto grande attenzione, cortesia e disponibilità. Camera confortevole e molto curata come pure il bagno nelle stessa, pulito e luccicante. Ottime le attività correlate alla offerta termale. Nota eccellente riguardante la ristorazione, completa e varia per ogni sua parte per : COLAZIONE, PRANZO E CENA.

I stayed at Hotel Terme Venezia last month with a few family members, and we all had a wonderful experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very kind, considerate, and professional. The food at each meal was incredibly delicious, and the service in the dining room was first class. I was also able to take advantage of the hot thermal mud treatment, and it was extremely relaxing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's amenities, and highly recommend staying there!

Hotel gestito IN modo IMPECCABILE. Cortesia, professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione per il cliente sono all ordine del giorno. Buffet a colazione e a cena(noi abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione) sempre molto molto assortito e continuamente rifornito. Sicuramente sarà un hotel che consiglierò a tutti e dove tornerò appena potrò.
