This is the second time I have come to this hotel very convenient to go to the beach shopping and get to places you want to adventure, hotel staff were very good to us I had a lovely stay

The hotel is huge with pool but full of people and feels crowded, a lot of noise but it’s good for big family and señors people,not that cool for young people I guess ,overall the price is good

Stayed here before and thought I would revisit.Cannot fault this hotel in any way at all.Quick check in,good quality drinks especially the Mojito. Food was good and plentiful.Staff catered for all our needs Bus stop outside hotel and train station 5 minutes walk.Highly recommend the shopping outlet by the airport . Will be back again

There's 2 restaurants. But only one is in use. We went on the first night and felt like a pack of sardines. Food is awful blend, dry and some food full of grease. We mainly ate out as we didn't feel comfortable in there. We tried to go a few days later. One of the staff told me to move because he had a trolley with plates on it. I couldn't move as there isn't hardly any room to move and he pushed me to the side where the food was. Then where the trolley where the food goes. One of the chefs pushed the trolley in my girlfriend's back. And she ended up with a bruise on her back. So there's another restaurant that only opens on Thursday and Saturday that was a lot better than the other resultant. But you only are allowed to get in once for free as apart of the all-inclusive but if you want to go again it's nearly 30 euros for each person. Staff who work in bar and restaurant very rude and didn't look like they want to be there. Only 2 of the staff who were lovely at that was at the weekend. And were the pool bar is they only had music on at the weekend as the manager was there. Felt like it was for show. The room is ok not the best. The mattress is hard not comfortable. The air-con doesn't work. When you turn it on blows warm air. When it comes to entertainment its ok but you can tell its on very cheap budget. And it isn't all that good. Drinks were ok. No way this hotel can accommodate for so many people. Way too many people staying there as the pool is overcrowded and me and partner decided to spend our time out of the hotel as nothing was going on or sit on the balcony. If u were to come here I suggest saving up and going somewhere else. It's not a family holiday. Or even a couple types of holidays. its more for older adults personally. But I don't think they would come. But this hotel isn't for everyone.

Decent hotel. All inclusive with 24 of us. Beach a fair walk from the hotel is the only downside. Rooms were comfortable and clean, basic but with everything you need. Shower wasn't great and could do with a regular temperature setting that doesn't fluctuate from cold to hot on the same setting. Food in hotel was decent too with plenty of options, braised steak, grilled fish, pizza all available. Drinks wise, cocktails were readily available with generous measures, prosecco for breakfast was a welcome addition too.

All inclusive...you will be lucky to get a drink in one of the bars ...the queue are long because they have not enough staff to serve people...they are queuing out of the door in Pepe's bar cos only one guy serving. 🤬....... Asked to speak to the duty manager...not available...shock!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Overall not a bad hotel. We had a nice sized room that was kept clean. Food at breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch and Dinner were okay but always same kind of stuff. Restaurant gets very busy and tables close together. Pool area not the best...again very busy, not enough room considering the amount of rooms there are, we managed to get a decent spot but had to be in the queue at 9am. Drinks are nice, cocktails part of AI. In an okay area, 20 min walk to beach, close to train station which was good for trips out. Overall not too bad but just too busy in my opinion.

We have just returned from a week’s stay with family, 8 of us ranging in age from 7 to 73yrs. We have had a great week and this is a really great hotel in a brilliant central location. Check in was quick and easy, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, organised taxis for us and bookings for the grill restaurant. We had a family room on floor 6, incredibly spacious room, very comfortable with a pool view and partial sea view. The cleaning was great, fresh towels every day. My only minor criticism would be that the shower was not very powerful, water pressure quite low. The pool area was great, we never struggled to get a sun bed morning or afternoon, however other reviews are right, in high season it would be a struggle due to limited space. The food and drinks were great with plenty of choice and the bar staff and restaurant staff all friendly and helpful. We loved the small extras available at the hotel, ice lollies, crisps, nuts etc. The beach bar and complimentary bus is an absolute gem, such a fabulous addition to the services on offer. I follow the Facebook group and have to say, Carl the Manager really does take note of comments and feedback, which makes this hotel very customer focussed. We would gladly return, but would probably avoid high season due to limited space around the pool.
