Really speechless for a 4-star hotel. It's really rubbish. Forget it there is no parking lot. Ctrip only registered one person in the double room we booked. We were asked to pay 30 euros to check in when we arrived. The hotel's hygiene was really rubbish, and the sheets and quilts didn't feel clean. The main reason was that the room smelled really bad. I wanted to check out but it was difficult to communicate. This hotel is just an ordinary two-star hotel.

Superb hotel (swimming pool, room tour, etc.)
Bathroom quite small but the rest is fine.
The prices for hotel services are affordable.
On the other hand, I would like to emphasize that the blacks are not fairground animals, the incessant stares of the customers made us feel uncomfortable, which is a great shame for the hotel and SPAIN.
