Hotel ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto de Málaga.
Siendo fuera de temporada encontramos fácilmente parking en la calle, justo frente al hotel.
Atención al cliente básica, recepción abierta 24 horas.
Instalaciones limpias pero muy antiguas.
No puedo valorar el servicio de comida.

After looking for a cheap long weekend away for some well needed sun we picked Torremolinos and in particular the Zen Hotel due to its price. After the booking we looked at the reviews and saw some negativity but from the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with friendly and pleasant staff and environment. The hotel was really nice, great seating areas indoors, outdoors, pool and our room had a balcony. Really could not fault anything, the beers were the best we had during our stay and the hotel even runs a shuttle bus to the seafront, train station and hotel, they have a timetable for this which is completely understandable. Would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, if you don’t mind walking it’s a short walk to the train station, seafront, and town this is a great location.

We only stayed one night, as we were returning to Spain to take our flight next morning. We booked on *******. We called the hotel once we arrived and they sent us a shuttle to pick us up from airport. Checking in was uneventful. Shuttle for next morning back to airport was full, they went out of their way to arrange shuttle for us for 0440am which we appreciated immensely. The place itself is being repaired and repainted. The room is ok for 1 night, the double bed was comfortable but we did not like that they only have one long pillow to share. I wished they would have had more. The room was clean but very small. We had dinner at the hotel and our meal was delicious. Everyone ( staff) was very friendly and serviable. The a**osphere is Zen, it reminded me of Thailand…there is a pool but we did not use it. There is also parking but you have to pay for it. They serve breakfast for $15 euros. For 1 night , it was fine!

Empezaré por lo mejor, el trato educado y correcto del personal, así como el bus gratuito al aeropuerto y a la playa, qué están muy bien. De lo demás diré los fallos más importantes: -La parte de la cerradura que está encajada en la puerta, está muy deteriorada y no ofrece seguridad, toda vez que estando la puerta cerrada, no encaja bien y el pestillo interior no cierra del todo. -La puerta no llega al suelo y por la rendija que queda, entran hormigas. -El taco que hace tope de la puerta, está arrancado, el tornillo que lo fija al suelo se ha salido. -No hay un espacio tipo mesa o similar, para dejar maletas grandes. -El wifi no conecta en la habitación.

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night as we left spain. Nice staff. Restrauant ok. It would be nice for a few days stay when the pool and bars open. It's a very pretty setting with a shuttle to the beach and to the airport(limited hours). Downside pillows on beds 1 are one long one so not very comfortable. Rooms have nice outside areas
