Hotel con buenas instalaciones, pero quizás pequeñas para el montón de gente que hay (y eso que estamos en mayo). Habitación correcta, íbamos dos adultos y niños de 10 y 7 años, y para un par de días bien, pero para más, un poco asfixiante en cuanto a espacio, y eso que nos alojamos en una familiar deluxe (es más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos). Hay dos piscinas, la q tiene vistas a la playa (en fotos parecía enorme, pero tampoco es así) imposible de coger tumbona. A las 9 de la mñn ya hay cola esperando a que la abran, increíble, y repito, estamos en mayo. La piscina que está cerca del Barcy Club más tranquila, pero con un césped pobre donde te llenas inevitablemente de tierra. Punto muy negativo: no te cambian las toallas de piscina de manera gratuita, tienes que pagar 2 euros por cada una si se ensucian (algo también inevitable si vas con niños y tenemos en cuenta el estado del césped). Nos alojamos en media pensión, y la cena de nuevo masificada, asfixiante, no sé en agosto como puede estar…. La zona de toboganes acuáticos genial para los niños, se divirtieron muchísimo. El desayuno premium en Arrozante genial, asi como el almuerzo en el mismo restaurante. En conclusión: es un hotel que evitaría en épocas muy concurridas (mucho mucho guiri) pero que para pasar un finde en esta época no está mal. He visto Barceló mejores, pero no está mal.

Tras mi Quinta o sexta ,ya he perdido la cuenta , visita a este hotel quiero decir que estoy francamente satisfecho con el trato recibido por parte de todo el personal del hotel, hacen que tus vacaciones sean únicas e inolvidables para toda la familia. Es cierto que deben mejorar los beneficios,atenciones a los clientes my barcelo pero si es cierto que han cambiado cosas ( desayuno premium , cena/barbacoa en el arrozante) y para mejor. Ya podían aprender otros hoteles de la misma cadena con mayor trayectoria y experiencia de cómo gestionan y solucionan los problemas / malestar.. de los clientes. Quiero Resaltar el trabajo de PEPE , el animador por excelencia!!!!!! Un CRACk. Y no me puedo olvidar de Juan Antonio Romero ,Guest Experience Manager, y su compañera que hicieron de mi cumpleaños un día ESPECIAL. Volveré por supuesto. TODO GENIAL Y A SEGUIR ASÍ Y UN POCO MÁS.

The showers are useless they charge 106euros for a room upgrade .There are birds flying around the restaurant if your not Spanish don't bother it's all about them.if you want bird Flu it's free will never go back terrible and expensive a rip-off.

NOT recommended for families. There is no ice cream available as snacks on the all inclusive, they don't do slush puppies, and inflatables are not allowed in either of the pools (except for small babies). There is a snack bar, but you have to wear shoes and can't take snacks out, so no snacks by the pool. Kids disco doesn't start until 9pm, evening entertainment 10pm. Evening buffet doesn't open until 7.30pm. We are here at the moment and it's quite disappointing.

Séjour d'une semaine particulièrement plaisant! L'hotel est très bien situé (face à la plage) très bien entretenu et le personnel agréable, bienveillant et soucieux de votre bien etre. Une pensée particulière pour l'équipe CORALIA pour son professionnalisme et son humanité! Ainsi que pour Gomez, un barman exceptionnel ! Passionné, habile, compétent et prévenant! Je reviendrai sans hésitation!

We had a very good break for May with scope to get about via trains and bus all with in walking distance of the hotel. You always get some irritation from some events involving alcohol and the actions of some other persons that could potentially put you off. However, the staff handled this with tact, and it is also their holiday as well. Overall, this is a great hotel for couples and families alike the pool area is sufficient for needs and the facilities are very good. The staff are friendly and efficient at what they do and a credit to the hotel. Would I come back? Too right it was relaxing and accessible to surrounding areas if you want big YES from me.
