The hotel is very good, good location, comfort, views and everything perfect. Good food. But what is really REMARKABLE is the staff, they are very nice, friendly at all times, very efficient. Since we walked through the door at reception they have explained everything to us wonderfully and all the employees are lovely. We will return for sure. Thank you very much for everything ❤️

First time at this all inclusive hotel.I was very impressed with the high standard of service they provide. Room was big and nicely furnished with a great view and cleaned every day. Good food and drinks I will definitely book this hotel again

Lovely stay at Costa del Sol. Everybody was friendly and helpful in all aspects. Food was very good choices and plentiful. Accommodation and surroundings spotlessly clean at all times. Bedroom lovely and view lovely.

Qua inrichting, personeel valt er alleen maar veel goeds te vertellen. De zee ligt aan de overkant van de weg, geweldig! Maar het hotel is voor mij met zijn 600 kamers te groot... Dat het hotel een all-in is, is ook gemakkelijk. Wat me niet zo beviel, was het eten, dikwijls hetzelfde. De groenten waren meestal te plat gekookt of nog niet gaar genoeg. Het dessertenbuffet bood gewoonlijk hetzelfde aan en het brood is echt niet lekker. Bovendien is de inrichting van het restaurant verre van aangenaam. Ik ben op het gebied van eten méér gewoon van een Riu-hotel. Wanneer je met het openbaar vervoer weg wil, moet je verdorie goed opletten en/of met de app kunnen werken, zeker in het weekend, want op dat punt is het hotel slecht gelegen. Een auto is op dat vlak wel een pluspunt als je wat méér van het o, zo mooie Andalusië wil zien!!!

Visited for a week in March. Staff were great. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs just not sure if it was the time of year visited or that is normal as not been to Spain for years. Food was the best we have had for a while especially the soups. Pity the drinks weren't branded like we have had in every Riu we have stayed in, didn't find out we could have Smirnoff until a couple of days before leaving but you have to ask for it not just vodka, also you didn't always get the drink asked for from certain male members of staff anyway. The towels to be honest are dreadful and really need replacing. Apart from the drinks and towels we have booked for two weeks in October and are really looking forward to it.

Hotel is heel mooi en goed gelegen. In het hoofd restaurant was er veel te weinig personeel. Het duurde heel lang voor de tafels werden afgeruimd , en op de buffetten stonden dikwijls lege schotels. Wij zijn al in heel veel RIU’s geweest maar hebben dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Animatie was overdag nergens te bespeuren en er was ook geen Riu Party in het hotel.
